The Apparatus Bay lies just behind the LP Gas area. The rear portion of the building houses an elaborate SCBA Maze for use in Firefighter Safety and Search and Rescue training.

To the right of the building are props for Confined Space classes and a drafting tank, large pond, and nozzle stand for use in various pumper exercises. The area to the left and rear of the building contain props for HazMat and Urban Search and Research and Rescue training.
